The fee would also depend on the type of document and request made and the method of obtaining it. Fingerprint scan would cost higher but one can ensure quality and accurate results. It is also important to indicate the basic information of the record being requested on the application form as well as the personal details of the one who filed the request. By providing all of the needed information and requirements the search can be hastened.
